By accessing or using the Lumina Codex website (the “Site”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use this Site.

2. Use of the Site

The Site is provided for informational and business communication purposes. You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, security, or accessibility.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and design elements, is the property of Lumina Codex LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission, except as permitted by applicable law.

4. Trademarks

“Lumina Codex” and related logos are trademarks of Lumina Codex LLC. All other trademarks referenced on the Site are the property of their respective owners.

5. SMS Program — Terms of Service

Program description. Lumina Codex LLC operates an optional, opt-in SMS subscription program (the “SMS Program”) used to deliver account, transactional, verification, and informational messages to subscribers who have explicitly consented to receive them. Use cases include verification responses, partnership confirmations, account notifications, and company announcements.

Eligibility (Age 18+). The SMS Program is available only to subscribers who are at least 18 years of age and who reside in the United States. By opting in, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

Opt-in. To subscribe, you must affirmatively check the SMS consent checkbox on our website and submit your mobile phone number. Consent is not a condition of any purchase, service, or use of our website.

Opt-out instructions (Text STOP). You may opt out of the SMS Program at any time by replying STOP to any message received from Lumina Codex LLC. You will receive a single confirmation message and will not receive further SMS messages from the program. To rejoin, you may reply START or re-subscribe through our website.

Help. For assistance, reply HELP to any message or contact info@luminacodex.com.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies. Subscribers may receive up to 4 messages per month.

Message and data rates. Standard message and data rates may apply to each message sent or received, as charged by your mobile carrier. Lumina Codex LLC does not charge subscribers for messages sent through the SMS Program; any charges originate from your wireless carrier under the terms of your mobile service plan.

Carrier liability disclaimer. Mobile carriers, including but not limited to T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, and Cricket Wireless, are not liable for delayed, undelivered, or misdirected SMS messages. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to network availability and carrier capability.

Privacy. Your phone number and SMS opt-in data are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Lumina Codex LLC does not share, sell, or transfer SMS opt-in data to third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Lumina Codex does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Information presented on the Site is for general purposes only and should not be construed as legal, financial, medical, or professional advice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lumina Codex LLC, its officers, members, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or the SMS Program.

8. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. Lumina Codex is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lumina Codex LLC and its officers, members, and affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Laramie County, Wyoming.

11. Changes to These Terms

Lumina Codex may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
